Summer!

It's officially summer now - the kids had their last day of school on Thursday, and Josh had his last day on Friday. Now we're on break for 2 months. The older kids are going to bible camp on their own, we are all going to family camp on August long weekend, Nana and Papa are coming out for a visit in August, and we're hoping to find time in there to get some camping in at Lake William and Winnipeg Beach ourselves!

We went to Killarney on Saturday to watch our friends horse racing, very hot day, and we stopped at the beach to get cooled off. I stripped Piper to her diaper, she was still hot, so we took her in the lake too! She loved it!

We spent yesterday, my birthday, at Grandma & Grandpa's house - lots of surprises for me; decorations, presents, salmon for supper and a yummy ice cream cake for dessert! Piper's present for me was napping and playing so I could eat with 2 hands!
